Delivery & returns

Deliveries within England, Scotland and Wales are free.

For customers throughout Northern Island delivery will be calculated at checkout, however you can find our fees below:

Returns

Returns are excepted within 30 days of your order date. We cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time.

Your item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition that it was received in to be eligible for a return.

Please note: gift cards are excluded from our 30 day return policy and are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We will only replace defective or damaged items. If the item is defective/damaged and the same item is needed for an exchange, please email NOSY at sales@shopnosy.com and return your item to: NOSY, Unit C1, Ryelands Business Centre, Rylands Lane, Elmley Lovett, WR9 0PT, United Kingdom

Refunds

Once your item reaches us here at NOSY, you’ll receive an email to notify you that we have your return. You’ll then receive an email from us to let you know whether your refund has been approved prior to inspection.

For approved returns, your refund will be processed and the credit will be added back onto the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

For late or missing refunds, please first check your bank account again before contacting your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund has been fully processed.

If you have still not received your refund, please contact us at sales@shopnosy.com.

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable. 

Return postage

Returns are not free and you are therefore responsible for paying for your own postage costs to return your item.
